Optimum efficiency: The two hobs share 3500 watts via PowerSharing. If you only use the left or right hotplate, these have a maximum of 2100 watts. If you add the second plate, 3500 watts of power are distributed to both hobs.
The induction hobs have different levels of output. With Smart Control, 12 power levels can be achieved for a very fine gradation of heat: Ideal in the lower temperature range for keeping warm, melting and simmering.
