Delivery times and shipping costs
We only deliver to customers in Switzerland, to kerbside. We do not offer floor delivery.
As a general rule, the delivery time is two to three days.
We offer free delivery from an order value of CHF 100.-.
For orders up to CHF 99.99, shipping costs of CHF 11.90 for orders up to 20 kg and CHF 23.90 for orders between 20.1 kg and 35 kg apply.
Delivery by carrier:
Free to kerbside in Switzerland. Delivery to the installation site or to a flat/house is not possible.
Wine cellars/appliances are delivered in Switzerland by carrier within five to seven working days, on a one-way pallet.
All prices are indicated inclusive of VAT. In case of exchange or return, we kindly ask you to repackage the appliance and send it back to us. Returns are also handled by a carrier.
