High-quality vacuum boxes made of glass
You can vacuum pack meat, fish, cold cuts, vegetables, salad, fruit, berries and much more after shopping, particularly in conjunction with the vacuum containers supplied, and simply vacuum pack again at the touch of a button after removing the food. The vacuum containers are also ideal for keeping dips, sauces, soups or other pressure-sensitive foods fresh. The day of storage can be set using the date wheel and thanks to their suitability for the microwave and freezer compartment, the dishwasher-safe glass containers are versatile.

Practical ZIP bags
In the reusable CASO Vacu ZIP bags, meat, fish, cold cuts, vegetables and much more can be kept fresh for up to 8 times longer and quickly removed for further consumption. Everything is safely vacuum-sealed and stored in the approx. 150 μm thick and tear-resistant Vacu ZIP bags. Meat, fish or vegetables can also be marinated quickly and intensively - simply add spices and oil to the bag and vacuum seal. The vacuum created means that the marinade is absorbed more quickly and intensively by the meat or vegetables.
The CASO Vacu ZIP bags are microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, reusable and, of course, suitable for sous vide cooking. Free Food Manager stickers are included for organization and storage. The associated CASO Food Manager app is available free of charge from the App Store.

Recipe idea: Cherry tiramisu
Ingredients for the cherries:
- 400 g fresh, pitted cherries
- 100 ml water
- 2 tbsp sugar
OR
- 1 glass of cherries, 200ml of the cherry juice
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
Also for the cherries:
- 20 g custard powder, vanilla flavour
For the cream:
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 70 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
In addition:
- 150 ml cold milk
- 20 sponge fingers Ladyfingers
- 10 cherries
Preparation:
- Bring the cherries to the boil with the liquid and sugar. If using fresh cherries, simmer for 10 minutes at a slightly reduced temperature until soft. Mix the custard powder with 2 tablespoons of water and stir into the cherries. Bring to the boil once and leave to cool.
- For the cream, whip the mascarpone, liquid cream, sugar and vanilla sugar together until stiff. Stir in the quark.
- Fill 1/4 of the cream into a piping bag with a decorating nozzle.
- Dip the ladyfingers very lightly in the milk and place in a baking dish.
- Cover with half of the cream.
- Spread half of the cherries on top of the cream.
- Repeat steps 4, 5 and 6.
- Decorate the tiramisu with cream tufts and cherries.
- Leave to stand in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
