Bar vacuum sealer
Two things are important for perfect storage: a tightly sealed weld seam and quality material of the bag. Many CASO Design vacuum cleaners close firmly and securely with a double seal. This ensures that the contents remain well protected.
With the new Auto-Close function, the GorumetVac closes the vacuum chamber automatically. You just place the bag on the sealing bar and close the lid - no pressing or locking is necessary.
The V-memory function allows individual vacuuming processes to be repeated. If, for example, fruits are to be vacuumed, it is useful to vacuum the first bag with the Pulse function, so that the fruits are not crushed and burst.
Meat, fish or vegetables can be cooked in the vacuum bag. The vacuum pouches and film rolls from CASO Design are absolutely boil-proof. With the vacuum pouches you seal the filled bags with a double sealing seam.
This unit is equipped with a double piston pump and offers a full 20 litres of vacuum power per minute. With its high performance, this appliance meets professional standards - for chefs with special demands.
