The DiamondSharp features a precise 3-stage sharpening system with two diamond-grinding stages and a ceramic polishing stage, and sharpens all common types of knives—from kitchen and household knives to hunting and pocket knives. The precise angle guidance and the diamond coating on the diamond-grinding stages guarantee ultra-sharp, brilliant results: The coarse grind (diamond) shapes the basic cutting edge and restores the original V-grind, while the fine grind (diamond) removes burrs and smooths the cutting edge. Finally, the polishing stage (ceramic) ensures a particularly sharp and finely aligned cutting edge.
